If you think it is a BS story, call B&H yourself. My name is Michael Powers and the order # is 1059787179 order date Nov. 5th and received Nov 6th. All I said was they didn't mention the damage. They apologized and were very helpful. It was not a Boo Hoo story azz hole, learn to read!!

That was not the tenor of your post. Perhaps you should read it. LOL on the name calling.

I purchased a new Canon G3X plus various accessories for it.
Within a week testing I decided I did not like it. Returned all of it for credit and
purchased a new OM10 ll Olymplus with a 12-35f2.8 lens and a 100-300 lens. Plus extra accessories.
I still want to purchase a couple more lenses, etc.

My total cost for the G3X $1,042.00. B&H's credit to me is $504.00.

I guess that is how they like to treat their small customers.

I have been purchasing from B&H for years and years. And in all that time I have never had less than a 100% credit on any returns. There has to be something more to this you are not telling us.

Try to keep up. This was all settled to the OP's satisfaction three years ago.

You replied to Ken. His problem was resolved a couple of years ago.

There is a new problem someone just added to this thread regarding a damaged used camera.
