Reason the moon landing has not come up before-- this is a photography forum. The most common argument against a real moon landing is that pictures of the astronauts do not show stars in the sky. I would hope that most photographers would realize that the dynamic range between the black sky and the white spacesuits would be too great for that kind of detail to show.

FAKE NEWS! The Earth is a black hole which collects everything we see! More and more is collected each day including people! Eventually the Earth will be so full of crap it will fall into the sun! OK! So I'm a bit crazy BUT! Just maybe.......

This is somewhat simple to explain. Consider the flat earth to be a very large bowl. The rim of the bowl is composed of ice cliffs. We refer to that feature as the south pole. The oceans fill the bowl. The land masses we see as continents are somewhat clumped in the middle surrounding what we refer to as the north pole. The bad part of this is that NASA keeps posting photos made during their "supposed" orbiting of the earth that a lot of people believe are true representations. The attached illustration will save a 1000 words of explanation.
