Unfortunately, getting someone from the Vatican to do an exorcism may be easier than finding a good local camera store. I would not ask anyone at Best Buy to intercede.

Go advice when changing lens keep the camera pointed down I still have my d300 from the day it came out AND NEVER GOT DOST on my sensor even at the beach.
