As I came into the street she was just closing the LH window and I thought 'Damn it, that would have made a good subject' then a few seconds later she opened the RH window and carried on.

Thanks for the thumbs up Bob, I know all about patience but there are some days when the unexpected just doesn't happen.

Then again there are some days where it is everywhere and you have just got to make the most of it.

Boy have I been there ... especially when waiting and finally getting that shot and somebody walks right into your frame!

That's nice--I like it. Have you thought about cropping the bottom off?

I liked the vertical cropping because it relayed the sense that she was at a first story window. However, just for you here is a more square cropping. I have also Whazzed the noise reduction up to full and lightened the neutral tones a tad, otherwise it is the same photo. which do folks prefer?

They are both nice, but I think I prefer the crop.

Thanks guys, I am normally a tight cropped but sometimes it is a close call. Thanks for the input.

Ah well, consensus goes with the crop. I don't always get what is right.

For me, I'd like to see it in color! I think it would've been great in color!
