CS5, Lightroom4, Corel X2 are the ones I use. Which one depends on what I'm looking to accomplished.

CS6 and Camera Raw for edits exclusively no plugins.
I use Lightroom 4 to tether. Still use Lightroom 4 for my 5DMKII cannot tether with my 5DMKIII... Canon has not updated the SDK for the 5DMKIII for adobe to allow tethering in LR. It sucks but I'm using the EOS utility by canon for tethering my 5DMKIII

Cyberlink PhotoDirector 3. Been out couple years. I originally got familiar with it as a beta tester. Have been using it more, Lightroom less.
It's a Lightroom clone. A bit easier to learn/use.
Was much cheaper than Lightroom, but with Adobe's recent huge price drop for LR4 ($149,00), well??? Cyberlink has lowered their price ($99.00).

I use an old program, PSE6 for Mac. It's in release 10 now (I think), but I'm comfortable with the older program. That's what it boils down to; what do you need, what do you want and what are you comfortable with?
