hi all. looking for online classes. looked under "search" but most info is couple yrs old..anyone have experience with Kelby . mixed reviews. thx in advance,jimcrna...fyi crna stands for certified registered nurse anesthetist..if anyone curious
I get notices all the time through Photo.Net about Creative Living classes. I take the ones that are free. They recently had an entire week (9-4 each day) on film! The first one I did with them was with Art Wolfe. It was on Lightroom. Some of their classes are pricey.
Actually, with the number of youtube videos regarding the various aspect of photography, why pay money for a class which will teach you the same things.
CRNA- so you're certified to pass gas.

I've purchased some of Scott Kelby's books and they were very helpful. He seems to know his stuff, but whether he can teach I can't answer.

A FREE class with Mr. Wolfe is worth a lot of paid class purchases in return.
thank you all. will explore
I really like the Creative Live classes. Many times live ones are free. They list what & when they are teaching. They often run great sales like as low as $19 to own. Plus if you post a link and someone goes there because of your link they will credit you $10-15. Thus I've got classes to own for Free.
Takes up a lot of time to watch one live, but you can ask questions.
Adorama has lots of free classes too.
