Trump in Corpus Christi was a very bad joke. Trump Is now looking down the barrel of a gun which is now lock and loaded. To rebuild South East part of Texas, the Fed. Gov. has to have a Marshall Plan size program to rebuild that part of Texas. If Trump does not do that. The gun will go off and he will end up in trash can of history.

Congress has to appropriate the money, specifically the House. It is not only Trump's decision.

It's gotten so absurd that people are now blaming Trump for things that have not even happened. If you want to critisize him for thing he's done, fine. But don't make up things to slam him about. So far at least. he is doing ok with regard to harvey
