I received and email earlier this week that a photo I had submitted to Miles Ahead (quarterly newsletter for United Mileage Plus Chase card-members), was accepted and was printed. To my surprise, it was for the cover of the publication and not just for the travel photos section that I had originally submitted for. Yay! The newsletter came a day or two later and they sent me a few extras to have.
The photo was taken last summer on our family trip to Europe. We took a cruise that started and finished in Copenhagen, Denmark. We arrived a few days before the cruise began which gave us time to see the city and photograph the sites with my previous Canon, 5D III. My photo is of the Nyhavn Canal.

Congrats! Beautiful image. I recognized the location even before I read your entire post. Really great ice cream place as well as a good restaurant right there.
