Greetings from Waco, TX

This forum is just what I was looking for and I stumbled upon it. After perusing some of the topics, I have noticed that there is a camaraderie around here that is missing in many other forums. What a happy circumstance!
I currently live in Waco, TX with my wife and two children and we are deeply involved in the community. In fact, one of the reasons that I started my journey into photography was to photograph the performances of a local children's theater where my wife is an assistant director. We both have a passion for the arts and love to share it with youth. My wife teaches high school English and choir and I am self-employed (re-marketing used medical equipment and selling solar systems).
My photographic interests are: product photography, portraits, landscapes, and wildlife photography. I know...I have a lot of learning to do, lol.
Anyway, I am here to grow and learn and hopefully inspire to some extent.

Chris, Welcome to UHH.Never been to Waco but have been to Austin and Houston in my other life. I am retired and photography is my passion. I volunteer at Chicago Botanical Gardens doing photography of plants.
