I need to correct myself. I don't think there are any adapters for cross-platform mirrorless lenses. I believe Olympus and Panasonic M4/3 lenses are interchangeable without an adapter, but I think there are adapters for Sony to Fuji to M4/3 systems or visa versa if that is what he is looking for.
It would have been helpful if the OP had checked back and clarified his question. Everybody so far has had to guess what he was asking. I think that is an abuse of the willingness of folks to try to help - or at least very annoying.
