I was drawn to these past-prime flowers in the garden and when I enlarged them on the screen, I could see why I was so taken with them. Independence Day (July 4) is my favorite holiday and I love the fireworks at night, the colors against the dark sky. These flowers allowed me to think of that kind of joy!
