How interesting to find out I am on the IGNORE list of MikeMck. I guess that is how Liberals carry on conversations these days. They simply block out any opposing voices with a different opinion. It reminds me of the campus kids now who simply oppose any Conservative speaker as evil. What are they and HE afraid of. He should at least have been a man about it and told me he is blocking my viewpoint. But no, easier for him to be a little whiner so as not to have hurt feelings.
I don't call people names here in The Attic nor do I generally put them down. I will offer a different viewpoint but in a respectful manner. How childish to simply say, I don't like Dennis' Conservative viewpoints so don't want to hear them. So this is how some Liberals will win their argument, by cowering. So be it.

I agree. All he would have had to do was ignore me and I would catch on. I honestly do not try to hurt people's feelings even in The Attic. He certainly has a right to his opinions. I wonder though why I am not entitled to voice mine to him. He might learn something. I learn things here even from the Left sometimes. It is called discussing things. We may not agree but might see the other's point of view. I hope he is in a nice safe place where his little feelings won't be hurt and he won't have to cling to his pillow at night calling for mommy.

Many do not want dissenting opinions and have all the answers their small brain can handle. The day I get that politically wrapped up I'd rather eat on of my 45's.

I don't know if I would go that far but I do look at, The Attic, as small potatoes in my life. If I dropped out and never again read any threads there or even UHH I guarantee I would survive. Some of the people on both the Right and the Left have decent conversations without calling each other foul names as 6th graders would do just to show off they can swear and be nasty. I have pretty much outgrown that. If I am to the second page and people are already calling each other faggots, f-ers and so on I drop out. I don't need that in my life to make a point. When it gets that important is when my vote will come into play.
