Personally, I can understand the OP being so particular and wanting cash only. I currently have a lens for sale both here in UHH, and again on Craig's List. I have had two offers from Craig's List, both claiming to be Marines out of my area. One wanting my PayPal information, one offering to send me a Cashiers Check, and both offering to pay way over my asking for shipping. Both requested that the lens be sent to a different address. I know that these are common scams, and refused both offers. Actually, I asked the second Marine if he knew the first Marine, as their stories were so similar. :-) I changed my Craig's List to reflect CASH ONLY.

Then, I received a PM from a member here on UHH, offering a lower, but reasonable price, which I accepted. He acknowledged that he was a new member, and gave me his business email, phone number, and name of his business (which I did check out). This was over the 4th of July weekend, so he told me to wrap up the lens, and he would send me a check, on July 5th, along with a FedEx shipping label, after the check cleared, send the lens. I have ever heard from him again. I sent a message on his private email, left a message on the phone number given, and sent a PM here on UHH (which has not been read). Now unless he died, I have been given the business here on UHH. I turned down other offers from Craig's List, and now I'm still sitting here with my lens. Which I have just "bumped" up again on UHH, and re-listed on Craig's List.
