It is coal, please see above for more... also unless my correction was posted the gas pipeline is 36" and runs for over 100 miles at 200' depth until it goes under the bottom at Tampa Bay and comes up at Port Manatee where it is dispersed to the converted plant throughout Florida. I worked for Stolt Offshore INC. USA when that pipe was installed, it took about five months to do the job.
