Whatever.
Actually, it was the seller's feedback as both a buyer AND seller, NOT the product's.
I have almost 2000 feedback, but even I had only a couple of feedbacks at some point.
But, like I said, whatever.

That was my first thought too. I think he most likely forgot to put a, NOT, in there somewhere. It was just funny and if I were an angry person I might have gotten angry but I am not. I usually try to let common sense rule.

Oh good grief! I did mean to write "not my intention". Good thing you realized that. Sorry again.

Never a problem. Just cute. I have done the same thing both in writing and verbally. Let's move on.

If you pass on the D500 you'll probably regret it. It's a wonderful camera.

The price on that is not "1500 or under" as per OP's request.

The Nikon D7200 is pretty darn good for his purpose. I'm sure Canon hassome candidates, but I know very little about Canon models.

The OP has Nikon so I would second your option of the D7200.

I would be more concerned about a long lens rather then a body.

The best is only $150.00 over budget. https://smile.amazon.com/Nikon-D500-DX-Format-Digital-Body/dp/B01A7Q0J3Y/ref=sr_1_3?m=A2L77EE7U53NWQ&s=warehouse-deals&ie=UTF8&qid=1498041331&sr=1-3

[quote= the Canon 7Dmkll can be bought for $1000 used and a used 100-400mkl for as low as $600. That is an awesome daylight nature set-up!!
SS[/quote]

I've just done exactly that. I ended up with essentially a brand new 7DMk2 for $1200 (49 shutter actuations) and a canon 100-400 ver1 zoom for $750. Pricing is all over the map. New auctions for both show up regularly on Ebay but do your research. US models or "gray market" can be important if warrantee service is a concern and the items are still elegible for it. Know what you are buying. Study the auctions for a month or so before you act.

7DMKII , Own one and love it. I shoot a lot of sports and for a crop sensor camera I get great results with my tamron 70-200mm f2.8VC lens and at 10 fps you might only like 1 or 2 shots but you have those 1 or 2 that are outstanding. Have shot a lot of nature shots, recently at a state park near Sarasota Florida. Great nature shots including many shots of gators in and out of water, most came out where I was very pleased. Pair that camera with the 70-200f2.8, a 24-70f2.8 and a nifty 50 and you have it covered. I like the 24-70 for indoor family shots. This has made my 5DMIII sit on the shelf for any sports action shots.

Totally agree. I also shoot sports & wildlife and have the Canon MII versions of the same lenses. Awesome results with the 7D MII. You can find refurbished at Canon USA. Comes with 1 yr. warranty. Just like new but saves dollars.
https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/eos-7d-mark-ii-body-refurbished. Right now they do not have the 24 - 70 or the 70 - 200 refurbished, but they will in the future.

Assuming you're wanting to stay in the Nikon camp, I've heard very good things about the 7200 and D500 (which is a beast). AS a couple suggested, if you're looking outside of Nikon, take a look at the A77ii as it's a very quick camera for the money.

I would say a used Nikon d500 which would run you about $1600 on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Nikon-D500-DX-Format-Digital-Body/dp/B01A7Q0J3Y

For the money, it's hard to beat a used Nikon D3S or even a D3 - $1500 and $1000 respectively. These will far outperform any APS-C camera without question.

I spent a lot of time shooting Hunter and Jumper events with a D200, D300 and D700 - no high speed camera required for that. But a good sense of timing to catch the horse as it cleared the bar with it's forelegs tucked under its chest is invaluable.

For wildlife, you'll appreciate the large buffer and frame rate and responsive AF system.
