If anyone is looking at this lens, understand that it is a discontinued version based on my research on google.

Many lenses become discontinued, many of my lenses have been discontinued, some day I will be discontinued. It does not mean they are in any way inferior.

Amen! The Canon EF 28-135mm lens is discontinued and it is still one of the best, for the money, walk-around lenses Canon ever made.

Hello, this is my ad and I did check Canon's online store to find it's "out of stock", but you can buy it new from authorized Canon dealers. Are you interested in buying this?
