IMHO - maybe they should ban selfie stick users along with banning selfie sticks ;)

I would think that the Winchester Quail and Small Bird shot would work on Selfie Sticks pretty much as good as on drones, with a 28-30 inch barrel "modified choke". I have many boxes in the gun safe.

No Joke - it is in the published "Banned and Not Banned" Pro Cameras "ARE ONLY BANNED AT CONCERTS" HELD ON THE GROUNDS -
NOT THE 500 RACE. quote=krl48]Who says, and where? Would you cite your source of this information? Or is this a joke?[/quote]

I don't like selfie sticks, but that was beyond reason. Notice the last victim caught the videographer; I hope he took his camera for a possibly fair exchange. If it had been me and I had caught the cutter, I would have cut of his personal "selfie stick!"

I'm not a big fan of selfies with Smartphones and iPhones, as the young ones are. But it's part of being a teenager today. A selfie stick is something I have, but haven't used yet. It is still in the original box. Selfie sticks do not belong at the Indy 500. After all, I'll be watching it on TV. With no annoyances. Along with a Coor's Light.

I don't blame them for banning selfie sticks. I have seen them in many locations where they should be banned, like the Grand Canyon, along the Las Vegas Strip and more. It appears that people with selfie sticks only care about themselves, and the rest of the world can go to hell' Remember, 7 people were killed by trying to get a better shot of themselves as they backed over the edge of the canyon. I have watched two people with the sticks nearly have sword battles with their selfie sticks, on more than one occasions. Get a life people, those sticks are rude and totally display your vanity!

I would suggest #8 or 9 shot on top of a very light load used in a 28 gauge with a 32 inch "super-choke" barrel with an Aimpoint on top. That was you could be very selective, reasonably quiet and quite accurate up to 30 yards (40, maybe50 if the powder load and choke are perfect). And little or no collateral damage; believe me, you don't want the liberal press to make that their headline.

Selfie sticks have been banned at Disney World for the past 2 years. Thank the Lord. Too dangerous in a crowd and totally irresponsible to poke one of those around anyway.
