Two very easy questions......

1. Are you using Fine Art America?
2. Have you sold any photographs?
Contact UHH user russelray via the user list. He uses FAA extensively!
https://1-russel-ray.pixels.com/ is his site.
Russel has written an extensive account of how he makes a living via that site:

Yes and Yes. It's a huge site. It's better to pay the minimal fee and have your own site, then drive people to that instead of just being on the general site. You do need to do a lot of marketing. Facebook announcements help. Playing their games (being in groups, participating in contests and discussions) help to get more "looks," and that moves you up. The more likes and faves and comments you get, the better you are. Like any marketing plan, there's work involved. But I do find it pays off.

Yes and Yes; but my only sale, for $75, came within a month of my joining. That was about three years ago. I came to the conclusion that they have so much for sale, any sale would be random chance, buying that needle in a very large haystack.

yes i used it, no i didnt sell anything thru them, i have sold some thru deviant art but that was a few years ago
Yes and yes. I get bots there, not much else, which is probably my fault as I don't work on the site much. I don't like the percentage they take and I like to control who prints out my work.

As Russel Ray (UHH user russelray) has pointed out here before,
you have to promote your work through other channels. You can't just throw it up there and expect it to get noticed. There are too many well-known photographers on the site... So you have to find another means to draw people to your work.
If you direct people who have a reason to visit your site via a link or QR code, they are more likely to stop by, browse, and buy.
Russel was making around $10,000 a month on the site, last time he commented on it.
Yes I did have a full paid account for a couple of years. Yes I did sell some. Totally not worth the time and trouble. So I dropped them. Very poor front-end for uploading images, slow and clunky. They do not import the metadata and keywords automatically and does not allow for batch uploads. They have a lot of gimmicky items for sale with images. I had more sales from referral than I did from Fine arts of America a. I would NEVER recommend them.
No and yes.
Yes and maybe.
No.
Yes. Two of my photos are hanging in the offices of the Connecticut State Legislature. Well, good for me ~mild sarcasm~

I noted you saying your keywords didn't automatically upload. Mine do. Not sure why yours wouldn't.
