The answer to #2 depends greatly on the images posted. Are they just what someone is looking for, and is it a high quality image.

I suspect that anyone that answered "No" and then "Yes" missed the point.
I think you were trying to see if their approach works.
I have not used them yet but all you need is a PayPal account that they can pay you through. It's worth a try.
