The link is http://www.lightroomfocuspointsplugin.com/ , but it seems to be dead at the moment, at least for me getting to it.

It is a handy plugin, but it will only show what focus point was used, not necessarily where the camera actually focused - If you focus and recompose the software has no way of knowing where you focused, only what focus point the camera actually used.

You can also get a plugin for lightroom that will display a focus mask, showing what is actually in focus, which might prove more beneficial.

The Site is down but archive.org to the rescue. I'm just downloading the zip file containing both the windows and mac versions together and will attach it to this post. It only supports Nikon & Canon Camera's and Lightroom 5 6 and CC.

Current version: V1.01, last changes:
V1.01 (January 2017)
- Adds support for Nikon D500 and D5600
- Adds support for Nikon D7200 and D5500
- Adds support for Nikon 1 (mirrorless) series (1J1, 1J2, 1J3, 1J4, 1V1, 1V2, 1V3, 1S1, 1S2, 1AW1, 1J5)
- (Officially) supports Canon 80D, Canon 5D Mark IV
- Adds support for Sony A77ii (beta)

Your welcome, archive.org doesn't have every website archived and it isn't always complete but when it has what you are looking for it's gold :)
Pity it doesn't work for Pentax.
