Fresh snow on the Rockies

On the drive to our summer place in the mountains yesterday. I had to stop and take some shots - the mountains were so beautiful with fresh snow. It's COLD this morning.

The first two show the massive mountain's scale beautifully, and the last captures the vast distance. Very beautiful!

Beautiful pictures. I am guessing you took 24 up over Wilkerson Pass but could be mistaken.

Dennis, you are absolutely correct. The last one was taken on the west side of Wilkerson Pass summit. There's a pull out there, the visitors center is closed. Hope it opens soon, probably after Memorial Day. Thanks.
