If you want it all for free and see everything from movies,TV Shows, sports including everything you are watching now all you have to do is go to google and search Kodi. Learn how to download it or have someone do it for you and you will have it all at no cost. A while back it was talked about in PC magazine.. They also mentioned NordVPN as a good download to protect your computer from anyone trying to get in to see what you do but this cost about $50 a year for protection. Well worth it.....Rich
I use Roku for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and PSVue (which gives me a load of TV channels) and ArtCast ($3/month for a wide range of art), and Spectrum for high speed Internet. My cost went down $50/month by get TV from PSVue.

I called Spectrum to ask about deleting services, and they reduced my bill by about $60/mo, without deleting anything. She said to call every two years to get a reduction. I have phone, computer, and TV with them for about $128/mo. Although I watch a lot of Netflix and Amazon, I still like some broadcast TV, and there's no other way for me to get that. If I dropped the Triple Plan, I'd lose some of the discount. I figure $128 a month isn't bad for all the services and a good assortment of TV channels.

Jerry, is your's the basic plan? Where I live, Time Warner was our provider--and I loved them. Now that Spectrum has taken over, customer service is horrific (if I go to their service center; and I will add I am always polite to start off, as I want to treat people the way I would want to be treated). Just for internet only is $80. I don't need a landline, so right now I pay $180 for Internet and cable. I only have one tv, and don't have all the add ons (i.e. recording of shows, HBO, et al).

I finally “cut the cord” with my cable provider. One of the most frustrating things I do is take the shot of a lifetime and get nothing but tail feathers.
The second is trying to find something to watch on one of 200 channels. Sorry, but I am tired of paying to watch “Cup Cake Wars”, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, “Little Housewife’s of Atlanta” and Bulgarian soccer. And I am paying to the tune of about $100 a month.
I also cut the landline. Don’t need it, the security system is cellular and all I got on the landline was 10 robo calls a day.
So now I have...
Netflix $10 a month.
Amazon Prime comes with my membership.
Hulu $7.99 a month.
Curiosity Stream $2.99 a month.
Grand total $21 a month for almost 500,000 movies and TV episodes.
Just wondering if anyone out there has done the same.

Similar. I get DirecTvNow over our fiber optic link. I have netflix. Landline will be the next to go. Like the OP all we get is robocalls, and of course those are also showing up on our cell phones (But if I don't know the number, I don't answer).

I didn't notice any change in service since the change in name. I mean service from people - on the phone or at the house. I have one step above basic service.

I'll look into that.
EDIT: It would cost me$25 or $40/mo, and there's no CBS, no recording, and no pause/rewind. Nothing I watch is live. It's all recorded on either TiVo or through Netflix or Amazon. Quality isn't as good as cable. I'm paying $100 for the triple bundle, so my savings would be minimal compared to the service changes and restrictions.

No, not outside of 12 broadcast channels via antenna.
I used to have satellite tv, regular bell landline for phone and cable for high speed internet, cable company offered me the latest high speed service 1Gbit internet (1000mps) 200 hundred or so channels of tv and home phone for $140 a month. Saved me over a $100 a month when I got rid of the Bell landline and satellite tv. Supposedly the deal is only for two years and then who knows, if it goes way up I will just cancel it and just keep high speed internet (which I need for my home office).
But I totally agree there is next to nothing to watch on all those channels, so do have a Netflix subscription etc
