That's a great find. #2 is my favorite.

Here are a couple of barns I've found. I travel backroads as often as possible and find numerous great unexpected photo ops waiting there. Those are serendipitous moments.

Both nice shots but #2 is especially good.
Really like everyone's barn photos so far. I will be back later with some of mine; I travel the back roads of Indiana a couple of times a year photographing barns as I'm afraid one day soon, they will all be gone! There are several people on this site that do alot of barns. Thanks for posting this challenge.

This challenge is about photographing barns, either old or new. It's my hope that as you venture down those rural, sometimes known as back roads of your choosing, that you take the time to take in the beauty that surrounds you as you travel along the way. Maybe make a connection with nature as you go. Wildlife is many times unexpectedly found while traveling the road less travelled. Most of all, have fun and post away. I will be in and out for this challenge, but have a few to begin the challenge.

Hi, Sunny! Thanks for a favorite subject! I decided to hit the computer to see if we have any right here in good old Cheshire! I knew there
were some but.....Oh, my gosh! There are a lot! So this week I'm going to try to find them all! Bill and I hit the road last eve after a busy
church day. Got a start on the project..What fun. The barns are listed on historical list]-so here we go...
just a hop ,skip and jump from our house!

Hi Walt. Good to see you. Traveling back roads is my favorite pass time. Both of your barns are good finds. I'm fond of #2.

NC Tobacco Barns are still around, but as time goes by, less are seen in the countryside.

I like the b&W. There's just something about old barns that screams render my pic in black and white.
A couple barns.
I love old barns.

Hi Judy,
You found some great ones. I love seeing barns from other areas and time periods. If only they could talk, the stories they would tell.
I have about a hundred; how many would you like to see?
