Everything leads toward the shack and I think it works quite well. In addition, the central location adds to the 'loneliness' of the shack, which might possibly be a Scottish Bothy. That's what it reminds me of anyways.

Thanks Dave, that's the result of a little subtle dodging and burning, as I'm sure you realised.

It's all about the image! Dodge & burn? Unlike some, I've never considered them " dirty words" since learning the techniques in my Dad's darkroom in the late 40s.

Well done.

"Dodge and burn" aren't dirty words but "LLofP" is one

Right!?! And I've been sitting here creating answers like Louie Looper of Pittsburg, and Long Lines of Poetry, while eagerly awaiting the real Long List of Persons who actually know to reply.

Sorry, firtree

"LL of P" is (my?) lazy shorthand for "leading lines of perspective"
Should have spelled it out!

Thank you Dave! Actually that did occur to me as a possibility, but I would rather ask and know for sure than to blunder ahead in ignorance.

I took the liberty of cropping the image. I think the sky was more interesting, so I cropped to show more sky.

I.am sorry, but this crop doesn't work for me. The original is fantastic.
