I've seen several images of the Northern Cardinal and I agree it's beautiful. We don't have them in Australia however we do have several intensely coloured though common birds species which are also often overlooked. Gives me an idea. I may set myself a small project to photograph common birds. And I agree with you about capturing images of white birds. Can be challenging. Again - thanks.
