A lot of people commented about my garter pictures. So I thought I would show some other critters in the swamp. Not just birds.
I do apologies for not being more attentive to the Hog. But life down here has been crazy. Between roaming the swamp with Greg and all the actives in the camp ground and editing all my files I haven't had time to change my mine.

I don't think I want to go for a swim. Great gator shots. The python path is amazing.

I wonder, Python or Anaconda?... it seems a lot of snakes escaped captivity in the floodings and found homes in the Everglades. Great shots, all the same. I think I'll pass on the swimming but may put on some scuba gear.

Jim, excellent photos and you have been great capturing the Glades, the river of grass. Your gator photos are all great. I love the way the photos actually is pretty clean just stained by the plants that grow there. The snake path/trail is the first I have seen on UHH and again shows what is really the glades. I will not try to guess the kind of snake that made it but will add that it is of good size and heavy. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent set, Jim and intended to ask you about the last one, but scanned the replies and Greg's cleared it up! Take care!

Thanks Bill. Probably a good idea. He is about 10 ft. long.
