a good friend informed me this am about it- and i am glad she had.
This is not the first time for copyright infringement on that photo. Zazzle was selling items with it as well and had to go thru that with them as well.

i don't mind it getting around Sue, but when its out right thievery and wiping the watermark and EXIF from it to apply their info- then its a whole new ballgame. These type people are "LOWLIFES"

So long as you have your own evidence in order we seem to have proof. He says he likes 'taking pictures', and he's wasted 12 pages of people's time asking for guidance on moving to the next level and learning how to 'make pictures'.

He might regret that fire away comment!

Proof, i have and 5 photos taken in sequence between my cat and the deer. no doubt in a court of law whose photo it is.

Good for you, let's see how long it takes to get him bounced. I was surprised when I saw the name on the FLICKR page, and completely dumbfounded to find a direct confession. He clearly needs to work on more than photography. Clearly not the brightest bulb on the flash cube!

Hes not as dumb as he appears- anyone that has the knowledge to remove EXIF and change it and also cut the water mark off has some knowledge of whats going on.
Honesty is not his best trait.

Well, he clearly has a little technical skill although there are plenty of tutorials on that, but any one that steals things, tries to reuse them under their own name or pseudonym and then makes a public confession on the site is several cards short of a full deck. Rather low on survival skills.

thats my photo- just the water mark had been removed and he changed the EXIF on it to his read his information.
I don't think a person can get any lower than that.
