I think the party in question removed it from Flickr and FB, after i asked him too.
No one, should have to defend their copyrights like this.
I just want everyone to be aware and to check sites for their photos.

...and I suspect anyone who has been a member of uhh for any length of time would do likewise. If you are the one who spotted the image the other day and alerted colo43 that her image had been illegally used, I commend you.
Colo43, I regret that your image has been misappropriated and feel you should take every legal step possible, that you desire, to protect your intellectual property if you deem it appropriate to do so, and not that it matters, I would do likewise.

Hi Colo43, sorry to hear of your photos being stolen. I too followed the links in the discussion and you'll be pleased to know that Flickr has responded in kind or the culprit perhaps (doubtful he suddenly got a conscience), your photos don't show up among the ones still up on the site, and several of the other links lead to a dead page, no doubt removed by Flickr. I'd also like to thank you for sending up the warning flag for the rest of us here at UHH, have a great day and keep shooting.

If it helps some one else- then it was worth the Fight. I have Jo to thank for looking out for me, and informing me of the party on our site with "Borrowing" but actually stealing others work to claim as their own.
Be sure to check Facebook as well, because my photo was also there. There may also be other sites that hes posted to.
