This year, because of all the rain we've had, Anza-Boreggo should be spectacular. Check out the web site. They usually have a wildflower report on it.

That's a good idea. I live in near Fredericksburg, VA and sometimes go to the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. I also go to Huntley Meadows park in Alexandria, VA. I think there are some Hoggers who live in the northern VA area and Maryland.

Putting your location in your profile would be more helpful than mentioning it in a post. That way people will see it at the top of every post. Somebody wanting to PM everyone in a particular area might not remember it from a single post.

Smack in the middle of the Baltimore/Washington/Annapolis triangle.

To other UHHers nearby, let's get together!

Gaithersburg, MD here. Let's find a good place to shoot, then we can arrange to get together and maybe get some coffee.

I agree. It would be nice to see the general location, especially when someone posts bird photos and asks for identification. It helps to know where they saw the bird.

Sounds good, Rob. What do you like to shoot? I'm a landscape and street photographer, along with 360 panos.

Also, let's see if anyone else wants to join us.

Anyone else interested?

Best Regards,

Bill Taylor

I forgot to add that there are two or three key places near here that interest me. Five Rivers Environmental Center, Peebles Island-Waterford 🦅 nest, Hancock Shaker Village. Anyone interested contact me at bud@wf2b.com after March 15. I have membership in HSV and some free guest passes.

I was in Bordentown today.

There is a group close by that goes out and shoots all the time.

That's not very far - an 1:15 from me.
I love Bordentown - cool town - Victorian. Great pizza place there. Was only there once - don't remember its name.
Please keep me in mind.
Thanks,
Mark

Do you know the name of the group? I love living in Bordentown, even though I'm in Bordentown township. About 10 min down 130 in Fieldsboro is the White Hill Mansion, they say it's haunted but I think it would make for a great shoot. I'm going to contact them this week and see if it's OK to shoot the outside.
