This year, because of all the rain we've had, Anza-Boreggo should be spectacular. Check out the web site. They usually have a wildflower report on it.

next fall Im working on a trip to shoot a schooner Race on The Chesapeake bay.
Last year I was running a trip to Jim Thorpe pa, to shoot a wooded stream with falls, every 25 feet is another great shot, then to a big water fall but unfortunately the weekend got washed out. I'll be planning that same trip again and making an announcement the end of March. old pros are welcome and beginners someone will be there to answer your questions and help you. You'll need to know how to set ISO, Fstop and shutterspeed on your camera. You'll also need a tripod. The standard 18-55 lens will be fine as there is very little bird life in this area so you wont need a big zoom.

Hey bdk - I am in Matawan and very familiar with most of central NJ. I spend a lot of time at Cheesequake State Park. Lived in the Somerset/Princeton area for 40 years. Always looking for places to go to.

An excellent idea whose time has come. With over 70,000 members and growing on UHH, there should be members in almost every major city and town. I agree with the member that suggests that a UHH Meetup section should be opened to enable this.

I agree for a UHH Meetup. I know some hoggers want to meet especially of they live close by to each other.
