Cool, so Haley has put the UN on notice, "The US is done bending over, Obama is gone and we have pulled our pants up and are standing tall, you will have to find someone else to stick it to, and if you are standing inline for US foreign aid, well don't screw with us."

There was no reason to threaten US allies. Really stupid and childish move. The good news is that there won't be any allies left to threaten by tomorrow if this keeps up (well, except Russia, but they are special).
With Nikki Halley threatening our allies at UN, the USA is now in a position where it is officially praising Russia & condemning allies. Saint Reagan is rolling in his grave. He would be in complete disbelief about what has happened to his beloved GOP.
