It could be Trish...but it really seemed too big to be a Cooper...I thought it was an immature Red-tail. Lol...but then...I'm certainly not an expert on Hawk😂

Sony RX10 III bridge camera
ISO 640
Aperture f/4
Shutter Speed 1/1250th
I'm not good on distance...but I was across a narrow road if that helps.
