beautiful set. its so odd how they react differently to humans. sometimes you can walk up close and others will see you 1/4 mile away and take off. gary
Thank you so much Gary...I'm so glad to know you liked my set! You are exactly right...it never ceases to amaze me...I just wish they would always let us get that close!

Thought I would go out and hunt a Hawk to shoot...and I was fortunate enough to find one that was willing to pose for me
What a nice series Jan. Looks like he let you get pretty close as well.
Carolina, could you give some of the exif data from your camera as f stop,ss,focal length, type of lens and distance from bird while shot. Once again fantastic images!!
Outstanding!!! So clear and sharp! I second redfordl's request.
Great luck you had finding such a willing bird, we see them all the time here in St Charles county Mo. these were taken in my back yard, i think it was waiting for our Yorkie to come out to play.

I like that...you decided you wanted to shoot a hawk so you went out to find one and did it. How do you do that? Lol. Beautiful shots too jan.
Lol...thanks merrytexan...I think it's because we have a lot of hungry Hawks here in the winter😉 Really glad to know you liked them...this is only something I've been able to do since I moved North...it never worked in the South!
