Nice pictures--thanks for joining in. You're always welcome on my posts. I'll add a few non-flowers.

Flower pictures that have been converted to Sepia tones. As usual you are free to post. My preference would be to limit posts to sepia conversions of photos and not exclusively flowers.

I'm sure it is just me, but somehow flowers just have to be in color. The very essence of flowers is color and fragrance. Unfortunately, we can't capture the fragrance in our photography, but we can revel in the color. Sorry.

Thank you for your comments and the courage to state them in writing. I can see your point about color on flowers. What I am trying to accomplish is look at different mediums of photography and find out what others think about them and let that determine my future postings. The majority of all my subjects for posting have been in color. I hope you will look at those in the future and let me know your thoughts on them.

Like your's Swede and your last one Jen. The harsh light in your 1st one Jen took away from the shot. I also use and like Smart Photo Editor and like you said you can't beat the price, plus it's pretty easy to learn........

Thanks coco, you are absolutely right. :-) I see that now. Jen :)

I went back to look at some of your flower posts. Fantastic! Your orchids and tulips are outstanding. Attached is one of my non-flowers....35mm Kodachrome to digital to b&w to sepia.

Thank you for your comments! I really appreciate them. I like your sepia especially with the snow to contrast it. I will post some more flowers later this morning (in color). Please feel free to add.
