Good ....bad, or indifferent....

Does anyone using a Panasonic cameras have any idea of the customer service should a repair arise. I have been considering the Panasonic G7 but when I read the reviews re: the customer support its almost 0! There doesn't seem to be any good phone support. While the Panasonic line totes very good video, that is not why am considering it. There's even a three-year warranty offered if you buy within a certain timeframe. But I find if you cannot get in touch with the company what good is customer support ...or camera.
Thanks.

I have honestly never heard of a Panasonic m4/3 camera go wrong. They have the highest rating for reliability. But they do have good CS. Panasonic reps are also excellent people. Buy with confidence.

I have owned 3 Lumix cameras over the past 6 years (still have 2 of them, a GH2 and a GX7. The GH2 had an "Infant Failure" when only about 3 months old. I went to the support website, they emailed instructions, I sent the camera in, got it back within 2 weeks, camera was fixed and has been perfect ever since. I didn't have to deal with anyone in person.

Thank you.....continuing to be encouraged....smiling. I might add that I have several digital cameras two of which are micro 4/3. My very first micro 4/3 was the G5 Panasonic. I am still using that with no issues.... but the newer version G7 has a few bells that I like.

Chic, I think you've answered all your own questions?!?! LoL
So what do you need from us?
BTW, Panasonic makes some of the finest cordless drills you can buy. If you need a cordless drill, I recommend them.
I didn't even know they made cameras....., I'll bet you didn't know they make drills!!!

LoL..., you could have a Pansonic household!!
Just strap the Panasonic camera onto your hip and start to do the vacuuming with the Panasonic vacuum while you talk to your kids on the Panasonic phone. And if you determine one of your kids might have a bit of a screw loose...., just whip out your Panosonic cordless drill!!! LoL
SS

PS: Sorry, I don't know anything about their cameras!!

Good point. It's like buying online from a seller who doesn't tell you where they're located.
