Many thanks to ebrunner who suggested b&w for the cows and horses.

#3 - I added two sparrows to the scene as only one posed willingly

Thanks for viewing!

Oh yes! These are great! And I love the rays of sunshine breaking through in the bird shot. I often try to do that and usually fail. You've done it well, IMO.

Thanks so much. I'm always drawn to backlighting, and if it's sun rays coming through fog, all the better!

Thank you very much, Kathy! It took some pp work to get this one where you could see the rays better. I shot in raw, but with the bridge camera, and it was mostly flat gray - lol. Of course those kinds of conditions are constantly changing, too, since the moment the sun hits the fog, the fog dissipates. Challenging, but fun to try!

I love number 3. The birds on the fence make a lovely foreground. For me the main attraction is those beautiful rays of light illuminating the fog and they are nicely framed by the trees. I like that the foreground is dark and thus does not detract from the rays of light.

I see horsies, moo cows w/a lota bull and birdies, no critters.

I love the sunbeams in the last one. Does it look as good in color?
