Well? What did you expect? They are flying, right???!!!?!?!
Terrific photos Brent
. But I wonder if they are able to leap tall buildings in a single bound
They sure look faster than speeding waves

How about more powerful than a speeding locomotive?

Well, here is the entire intro dialogue:
Announcer: Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound!
Voices: Look, up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!
Announcer: Yes, it's Superman, strange visitor from another planet, who came to Earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. Superman, who can change the course of mighty rivers, bend steel in his bare hands, and who, disguised as Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fights a never-ending battle for truth, justice and the American way.
Probably the most important one might be "who can change the course of mighty rivers"...........or in this case "who can change the course of mighty waves"!!!

Flying is good. It's those sudden landings. Great action shot Brent.

Thanks Plymouth34 for saying they are great action shots. The sudden landings are in water, so it's not so bad. Concrete might hurt!
Brilliant captures Brent,
Geoff

Two good action packed photographs.
Nicely timed.
Well taken.
Looks like the Olympic diving team tried to take up surfing...great shots
Great action shots Brent! I always look forward to your posts. Your surfing experience pays off in capturing just the right moment to hit the shutter release. Thanks for posting.
Very cool, Brent! Nice work!!!
Great shots. Perfect timing. Fails are always more interesting to the viewer when it comes to surfing.
These are great, Brent. But I'll show my ignorance of surfing here by asking some questions. Did they do this deliberately? Or were these accidental disengagements? Is the cord tying them to their board so they don't lose it? Do they come down in the water, or actually come back down onto their board? (If so, that would be truly an acrobatic action!)
