I ordered a quick release plate which was shipped on the 6th. Tracking said the expected delivery date would be Tuesday, but it came in the mail today! I could not be happier with the service.
I've been purchasing from B&H since around early 2009. I just received a 35mm lens from them this past Thursday. And I will order more from them, as my needs persist in the future.

Nurse, sounds to me like you're praising the wrong people!
Once the package leaves the B&H warehouse, it no longer has anything to do with them.
This title should be about BIG Brown, not B&H!!
Sounds to me like BIG BROWN did a great job for you.
It was BIG BROWN that got it to you a day early!!!!!!!
Give the credit where the credit is DUE!!!

lol, I was thinking same thing, though the mention of "mail" suggests it was a joint UPS/USPS trip, or USPS only. Always fun to receive the goody pack early, though. Hope you enjoy your new gadget, BabyNurse.

With all due respect, Big Brown did not deliver it. The USPS brought it. I seldom get a package that is shipped by UPS. As soon as it gets to the UPS nearest me, they hand it off to the post office which usually adds a day to the predicted delivery date. I realize it goes through other hands before I receive it, so credit given to all involved.
Enjoy your quick release plate.
Good Show BabyNurse!
Timing is everything day, especially since Matthew's eye has just crossed over the North Carolina line...
All my hopes and prayers are with those in harms way of Matthew's fury...
Does MAIL have any special meaning. I have had some less than great experiences with BROWN.

..."it came in the mail today." It will be nice when you folks learn to read with comprehension.

Thank you for both your praise and your patronage.

Give credit to both! B&H for getting it to the shippers fast and whoever shipped it for the rest.

Did "Big Brown" log the order, did they pick the order, did they package the order, did they label the order, did they place the order on the loading dock or where ever "Big Brown" picks it up. If B&H had dragged their feet and was concerned with customer satisfaction the order would not be processed so quickly. So it is B&H who acted quickly to complete the customer request.

I think...think the delivery process is that UPS picks up orders and those that fit US Mail specs are then delivered by the Post Office.
In my experience, B&H always surprises me with packages coming earlier than promised.

Since moving to Delaware I have never received a package from B&H earlier than promised. They promise "NEXT DAY" and they show up "NEXT DAY". No surprises.
