Had the same question re: Photoshop work missing the straps stretching her coat at least a bit.
The photo was not edited, it was just a fun photo. First I would disclose if it was modified second I don't have the skill to do that and third i you look you can see the straps. I'll send you the raw file you care to see it me.
I'm sticking with my original thought. She's live streaming video. A closer look at her phone screen appears to be consistent with Facebook Live, when live streaming. I use Periscope, Facebook Live and Snapchat so I'm fairly familiar with the "look"
Y'all can hypothesize, criticize and speculate on light metering, straps, wifi etc. the content/subject on the surface is ironically funny!
As said in a previous post "a tool is a tool" and for live video streaming on social media, the smart phone is currently the best tool!

If the cameras have WiFi, she could get a better picture out just about as fast. "Better" doesn't just refer to IQ - my experience is that the greatest weakness of a smart phone camera is its fixed focal length.Mine zooms.
My experience is the greatest weakness of ANY camera, including a phone camera, is the nut behind the lens.
Looking at the OP a second time and day. It could be the person wearing those blue sandals is also the one with the two Canons.
She could be taking a shot for GPS location, that will be embedded in the exif on the cell phone and retrieved and applied to the dslr shots. Or perhaps even as a dictaphone. Then again she might have run out of juice on the canons...
