Thank you Mary1964. Yes, I'm new to the site but not to photography, having been at it since the mid 70's. Participating in a full and meaningful way at a forum is time consuming, which I don't have much of. I can only look in a handful of postings each day and hopefully contribute some useful information and learn new things. I should have done a self-introduction entry with an avatar but as you can see, I haven't got round to it yet. This is the only forum I'm in and I find the participants experienced, helpful, welcoming and even funny! More importantly, participants are not nasty and personal, like a lot of other forums I have seen. In fact, very much like a cosy photographic club!
