Mrs. Mallard performed with a big splash yesterday when I was at the pond. S I shot these these in continuous shooting.
I'm and amateur, but do enjoy getting out to shoot. I'm always trying to improve my skills.

And then she did the grand finale. But an old cattail stalk spoils this one as well as lost highlights.

I think she is getting used to me sitting at the edge of the pond. She doesn't swim quite as far away as she used to do.
