excellent shot, her downcast face is perfect, as is the breast visible through the sheer red fabric. I also like the way the fabric pools at her feet

Thanks for taking the time to comment! ;-)

Outstanding capture SS. Great lighting and composition. It is obvious you directed the model well. Thanks for the tease.

Stan, thanks for the encouragement.
Direction is one thing, yes, there was some direction, but she definitely is the show.
I think I'll tease with a few more of her a bit before dropping the full monty!!! LoL
I didn't get out my tape measure, so I hope she passes the silver dollar standard!!!

Nice one, but I would prefer a crop somewhat further out to give her head more background.

SS,
I like the lighting on her (maybe her skin looks a little grainy/noisy on her camera right cheek, forehead, and chin?), and I also like the long flowing red sheer pooling on the floor acting like a 'platform.' Whatever is on her camera right nose (a nose ring?) is certainly 'not my thing' and I
find it quite distracting (probably her choice and you probably had no control about it). Her arm placement looks good and even though her sheer covered bare arm is right at the camera, the dark edge shadow on it seems to tone it down and it works well and is not terribly offensive or distracting.
I like the lighting coming in on camera left of her and going around (backlight?) her head to camera right for separation of her from the background. I also find that lighting complete, such that it is dark and object free (void as in black space) on camera right - nice touch. Doing the light, as you have, seems to flow quite nicely, is complete, and closure is achieved for the viewer's eyes! Very nice capture and pose with a complete and thoughtful lighting scheme/pattern.
Best Regards,
Tom

Very, very nice mature portrait!! Lightening, pose and picture as a whole. I have been teased! Good work!
Nice, elegant-looking photograph.

Tom, thanks for carefully scrutinizing the image! I chose to do zero PP to her skin as she needs almost no work. This image is almost SOOC. I looked at the raw and the light on her nose looks like my fill light coming through one of her curls into the area of shadow. She has zero piercings, zero tattoos and zero cosmetic work. I used 3 lights, a key, a fill and a kicker.
I love the look of White on White and Black on Black, as long as you can separate them it always looks really awesome!!! Thanks Tom

SS,
Thank you for the explanation. That is indeed weird or obscure that the little bit of
specifically shaped light is getting through a curl and gave me the impression that it was a nose ring of some sort. But of course, stranger things have happened.

Tom, thanks for looking. I think because I knew it was just light, I didn't really put a lot of importance on it. But you're right, it does look a bit odd once you have pointed it out. I will PP it out if I post this to my website. Good call!! Thanks
