Working outside the studio again ...

Interesting George. Could you fill me in a little on the idea and concept?
I like the girl against the window and the floor. Cannot put my finger on it but the drapes throw me off. Nice concept. Love the hair light.
Thanks for your comments guys.
Having recently moved out of the studio to shoot, I've been working in ordinary houses and working with what I find rather than 'creating a set'.
I'd been shooting in various parts of the house, and the model took a brief rest sitting by the window. I suddenly wanted a silhouette, so I got her to turn and face directly out of the window, and as I zoomed out taking in more of the contents of the room, the more of a 'story' started to emerge.
The original images gave me a platform to then start building. Instead of the serenity, I wanted an element of angst ... possibly mildly threatening - hence the high contrast. The starkness of the pink versus the black creates an additional 'edge', allowing the viewer to imagine their own story ....

George, nice job. At first I think night time because of the dark void but then realize that to get a silhouette it must actually be daylight or at least a strong light source.
Nice pic of what appears to be a very CURVY model, as they like to call themselves!!

Something caught my eye with this one. Can't put my finger on it, but I sure like it. Very nice job.

Very good George, the Asymmetric/Symmetry beautifully done. It is obviously Asymmetric, but gives a "feeling" of being Symmetric... you have mastered a difficult goal. Kudos
When I look at this I get the feeling of something futuristic . I read the book 1984 and I can envision this scene from the book. A person blankly starting at a TV while Big Brother monitors her. While the scene has some sentuality to it, it implies the list sentuality in 1984. This is a very interesting photo, it encourages many imaginative interpretations.
