I don't think you know what racism is. It is claiming one race is better than another, or one race is worse than another.
I don't see how you can accuse me of either.
There is a great deal of bigotry among whites, to the denigration of the black race, and I don't shrink for pointing it out.
That doesn't make me racist.
Think about it.
It's been pretty well established that he doesn't care about the actual definition of racism and is not making a sincere accusation when he labels you or me or anyone else (who is not a right wing extremist) as a racist. He, along with his racist pals, have adopted the "he who smelt it dealt it" scripted party line defense that Fox News and the right wing echo chamber has settle on for deflecting any and all objections raised for racist behavior and speech.

You blindness to racism is overwhelming. You were ready to convict the Ferguson police officer who disposed of fat Mikey and ranted about that for days. Like Obama and that other Trevon who wanted a son like him, probably only because he was black. Maybe you are trying to emulate Obama's racism. Save it!

Clear thought is difficult labor, and some are lazy.

Please re-read my post. What you describe is NOT Racism.
You're talking about something you don't understand.

Haven't heard anything from you on your empty assertion that I'm a racist.
I know you're running from having to answer.
Let me hear your case.
Aren't you the one that jumped to the conclusion that she was white? If you did that would be the evidence that you are racist.

I was that one, and I was wrong. I think we will find out that it was 2 black on black crimes.

It doesn't mater what their race was. From what's been posted, a young man breaks and enters, commits burglary, and is in the process of fleeing and is shot, eventually dying from the wounds. What's not clear is, were shots fired or exchanged? And how far out the door was he?
As I understand the "stand your round" law, someone has to believe there was an imminent threat to life/injury. Someone fleeing does not seem to fit that paradigm. However, that why we have investigators, DA, courts, juries, judges, etc.
These days I'd be hard pressed to believe the news media if that said it was raining out while I'm soaked to the bone.

I put a post up twice from an ex-police chief (with several other qualifications) debating this issue, and as he saw it, it was complex with more than one unclear point.
If she went around the house to confront him, can she claim self-defense?
She was armed, and he apparently wasn't; can she still claim self-defense?
In Florida you can shoot someone for breaking and entering, but what if you aren't IN the house at the time?
Or, since he was leaving the house, was the b&e event over?
The police chief found this situation so close to so many lines, he thought it would be taught in law school eventually.
We'll see.
