Fantastic shot, the best I've seen on UH for a while.
The download is great, I'm not really in a position to offer a critic, but if I did I would say that you could have done with a slightly deeper depth of field so that the entire flower was in sharp focus but this is only noticeable in the full size image.
Did you use flash or a constant light source?

Thanks for your comment. :) You are right about the DOF. I was just having some fun with a new macro lens I had just opened. (which I'm sending back - bummer) So my lens was very close to the flower therefore giving me DOF challenges. This was a single shot at f25 with no focus stacking, which I don't have the software for, hence the DOF challenge. :)

I used a single speed light with a bounce umbrella for the lighting.
