I am planning a 3 week stay in Costa Rica soon after an upcoming 'Procedure' and have been instructed to take a short sabbatical from it all. (One area I am looking at potentially staying in called Santa Teresa, Malpais--It lies in the southern tip of the Nicoya PenĂnsula)
Two things:
1). If you've been to Costa Rica and/or know the area well--what are your favorite areas/landmarks etc to shoot? Any particular time of day for any of these locations? Are they hard to get to?
2). By chance, do you know some nice photographers whether pro or just love to shoot who may be interested in taking another fellow photographer around?--Private Message me and perhaps I could hook up with them via email to see it there is a potential fit.
Thanks so much!!
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
I was in Costa Rica last year. I was in the northwest part of the country near Liberia. Tons of photo opportunities through out the area I was in. Only regret was I couldn't stay longer. Check out smugmug.com and type in robeng and check out my Costa Rica gallery. If you have any questions regarding an image send me an e-mail. Robert.eng@sbcglobal.net.
