Made me think of our trip last Thurs. Had to check up on the house we "saved" with our son Jonathan in N.Y. This one, you might remember, was built 1840's and a disaster when he bought it! We worked on it for years. It too was in near CPR condition! Unfortunately we were not able to finish the restoration completely because he go a great job in California...
