This is the Atkinson House, built ca.1840 near here and is now being taken down by fellow I know well, well enough to let me inside with my camera even though it is very private....cool guy

These are very cool. I would love to have that wood burning stove. They make the best biscuits.
It's always a shame when something of this nature must take place and now you've photographed it into history. Way to go!

Wow - how special is that! Love the doors and a look at the old privies. Should be a museum...

Had a couple from this week. Really do like old doors and their hardware. This door is on a side of a mill complex. Wonder how long since anyone walked through it. Behind the mill, the water was raging it's way to the sea.

This is Carnival time for us. The parades started last week, but I did not go until today.

Even the street is a good place for a party this time of year.

Jim how lucky for you to be able to get the pictures that you did. Love the stove, but glad that I do not have to use one like it.
