Is it just me or have any other UHH members been receiving emails from UHH regarding comments you may have left on someone's photos with webpage addresses that are not in the form of the blue hyperlinks? Yesterday and today I have been getting them that way and formerly I would just have to click on the hyperlink to get to the page in question, whereas, now I have to copy and past the link to the browser.

If your link starts with http:// UHH will recognize it as a link.

If your link starts with https:// UHH will not recognize it as a link and won't mark it as such. But cut and paste will work.

Thanks for your reply, but the link does start with http: This is what a received in the email to reply back to this subject:
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/tpr?p=6127217&t=363361

But, it wasn't a blue hyperlink that you could click on. I highlight it and right click to get to 'Open in new tab'

Seems to be affecting AOL at the moment.

If you use AOL, then try contacting AOL support and tell them
that links aren't enabled from a specific sender. They should be
able to advise you on the settings.
It looks like their anti-spam algorithm. They don't enable links
for anything they consider suspicious. And there is no way to know
what they consider suspicious on any given day.

Also, try adding news@uglyhedgehog.com and forum@uglyhedgehog.com to
your address book. That might let your provider know that you are
expecting e-mail from UHH, so they would enable the links.

You can use Latest Digest link at the bottom of the page to access the digest.

UPDATE: I submitted a support request to AOL, but it would also help if additional
requests came from their customers.
Since my request is by definition an outside request for them, they might
not even investigate it.

But they would have to investigate a problem reported by their customers.

So please contact them, and tell them that links from one specific sender
aren't clickable. Basically, just describe the situation, and they'll be able
to gather additional detail from their logs.

AOL usually has a little popup asking if you want to enable a hyperlink on a particular page and it gives you the choice of enabling once for the current email or forever if it is a trusted site. I'm not getting that pop-up from AOL to see if I want to always enable hyperlinks on UHH. I did send an email to them, however, not being a 'paying' customer, I don't know how much weight it will carry. Thanks for your suggestions, though, I did add the addresses to my contact list.
