Sure thing. Thanks.

Go here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1822804?start=0&tstart=0. This describes a dll error although they also say it has a white X through the screen.

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1994577?start=0&tstart=0 describes your situation more clearly.

To get these I Google searches with "blue screen lightroom cc develop module"

HTH. Please update the list with what you come up with.

Thanks, Bob. Everything's working well at the moment. I hate taunting Mother Nature. (-:

I've had that happen, and also, sometimes when I start LR CC my monitor goes to sleep. Only way to solve it was to hard boot. Be interested in other experiences. I'm on Windows 10. What about you?

Hi all,

I'm trying to do some editing on my laptop and all is fine in the library module but when I move to the develop module all I get is a blue screen where the image was in library. Has anyone else experienced this and what do you suggest I do?

Thanks!
Donna

Yes, Win 10 on the laptop but haven't had that issue. Win 8.1 on the desktop.
